A new eco-friendly 150,000 sq. ft., 72-unit, luxury condo overlooking the Dartmouth waterfront.
Built over five above-ground levels, the project included multi-level underground parking and a commercial area fronting the main street. The Owners desire at the offset to construct a robust and high-quality building lead to innovations in the form of construction of the external envelope resulting in a low maintenance & zero deficiency building.
