When one client needed to construct a 43,000 square foot strip mall and parking lot in time to meet his tenants’ guaranteed possession dates, they turned to Avondale to get it done on an extremely tight timeline.

We managed the entire construction process from removal of contaminated soil during site preparation, through all building stages including the foundation, structure, exterior and interior. Custom fit-up work for new tenants including Shoppers Drug Mart was also completed. The project owners also called upon our experienced team to solve some unique challenges during construction. Underground plumbing had to be backfilled with special lightweight material, and we excavated across Dieppe’s busiest 4-lane street while navigating around existing utility conduits to connect to the city’s storm, sanitary and water systems.
   
The challenges were unique, but the result was the same as each Avondale project – success, on time and on budget.
